We talk about "being transparent" in our relationships.

Being real. Showing our weaknesses and sharing our aspirations and plans for growth to those who we trust and have valued relationships with. (Yeah, that sentence isn't grammatically correct. Just being transparent...lol)

Recently there's been a lot of talk about transparency in our *business* relationships, too.

I follow Seth Godin's blog and I found today's topic of physician and farmer transparency very interesting.
